Richard Bartoni has been the proud owner and chef
of Bartoni's Catering since 1998. His pronounced education in the
food services dates back to 1976 where he led the Sales Dept. of
the well established group effort of Bartoni & Corsi Produce
and Restaurant Supply.
Hailing with an educational background from San Joaquin
Delta College in Culinary Studies Richard has been running his
exquisite catering business since December of 1998 and just recently
opened a fine deli and coffee house in downtown Tracy, California.
His endless certificates in the Culinary world helps
him to provide a spectacular solution to any a catering-related
issue. Within his arsenal of decorations he has acquired a National
Restaurant Association Certificate, graduation from Leaderwolfe
Culinary Academy and a certificate from the Dietary Service Management
